Will I need to arrange my accommodation and travel?
Yes, participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements. However, we can provide recommendations for nearby hotels and transportation options upon request.

What is the cancellation policy?

  • Cancellations made before 1st of October 2026, are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after 1st of October 2026.

Are there any discounts available for the programme?
Yes, the following discounted rates are available:

  • Non-Profit Organisations (NPO): Discounted rates for representatives of non-profit organisations.
  • Group Discounts: Available on request for organisations registering multiple participants.
  • Partner Organisations: Bespoke discounted rates (limited spots, subject to availability at the time of registration).
